劉瑩,中共黨員,男,博士,77779193永利官网副教授,碩士生導師。中國食用菌協會專業咨詢與規劃委員會委員,中國中藥協會茯苓專業委員會委員,湖北省食用菌協會理事,湖北省食用菌産業技術體系專家。Foods、Nutrients、Fermentation等雜志專刊客座編輯。從事食藥用菌品質調控及高值化利用研究,主要研究方向:食藥用菌品質綜合評價、貯運加工品質變化機制與品質控制技術;營養健康食用菌食品制造理論與技術;食藥用菌活性成分生物合成;藥食兩用資源健康産品開發。先後主持或參加國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、農業部行業專項、中國博士後科學基金、湖北省重點研發計劃、湖北省自然科學基金、湖北省技術創新專項、湖北省中醫藥管理局項目及企業合作項目等20餘項。以第一或通訊作者發表論文50餘篇,其中SCI論文30餘篇;授權發明專利7件;制定湖北省地方标準1項;獲湖北省科技進步二等獎1項。
