李凱凱,中共黨員,1987年生,籍貫河南魯山。2013年博士畢業于中山大學生命科學學院,2011年起在香港中文大學中醫中藥研究所及生物醫學學院從事中醫中藥和營養健康相關領域的研究工作,2016年入職77779193永利官网。目前主要從事食品組分安全評價和營養健康功能研究,包括果蔬、傳統藥食同源原料和食物源營養組分的功能活性的挖掘、評價及安全評估以及相關産品的開發。目前主持國家自然科學基金、湖北省自然科學基金及國際合作項目等科研項目20餘項,申請專利9項,授權2項,發表論文30餘篇。
