個人簡介

齊小保，中共黨員，主要從事食品微生物，發酵風味，食品安全，食品防腐及天然防腐劑抗菌肽的開發等研究。承擔過國家863項目，國家科技支撐計劃和自主創新等項目，發表SCI論文十餘篇。擔任Applied Physics A和Journal of Nanobiotechnology 等雜志審稿人。

工作經曆

2005年8月至今，77779193永利官网食品科技學院，任教。主要從事食源性病原菌的緻病機理的研究和預防措施的研發。
2007年12月-2009年12月，新加坡南洋理工大學從事博士後研究。
1997年-2002年8月于武漢市衛生防疫站微生物檢驗科從事病原微生物檢驗。

科研項目

①2005-2006 主持77779193永利官网校人才基金“PFGE技術的建立及在大腸杆菌O157:H7分型中的應用”，3萬元；
②2007-2009 在新加坡南洋理工大學主要從事新加坡環境局重大課題“Novel silver Nanopartice/Multi-walled carbon nanotube nanohybrid coating for disinfection of drinking water treatment”，100萬新币，主要承擔抗性物質的合成及機理研究；
③2008-2010參與國家863計劃“玉米活性肽的特定酶解與在線膜分離集成技術” ，項目編号：2008AA10Z314，50萬，主要承擔玉米活性肽的特性研究；
④2011-2012 主持77779193永利官网自主科技創新基金項目“一種新型超強抗菌納米材料的研制及在水處理中應用” 項目編号：2010QC019， 5萬元。
⑤2012-2013主持出國留學基金一項“基于抗菌肽和碳納米管聚氨酯粒子的制備及其抗菌機理的研究”，3萬元。
⑥2012-2014參加王清章教授主持的項目“水生蔬菜加工與保鮮示範工程項目”。
